His exact location is random every time.

Players can either exchange or buy items for a lower price. The Shady Dealer is the go-to shop if the player is in need of acquiring any form of "illegal" items.
According to Sally, Catesby isn't a big fan of rules.

Act II[]
After leaving Nick Lightbearer's Fab Pad, 3 Plough Boys ambush Sally, stating that they are coming because Bobby Catesby knows she's selling "Unapproved Pharmaceuticals" in his domain, and that she hasn't paid for the privilege.
Act III[]
If Ollie Starkey were to talk to Robert, he claims that Lionel Castershire has been stealing from him and his customers, tasking Ollie with beating up Lionel's bobby during the night. At the end of the quest, the player has to deliver a suspicious package back to him.
Trivia[]
- He will not peek out from the cart if the player is in combat.
- There is Grapefruit Juice and an Empty Pill Bottle on top of the cart, which the player can take.
- As for Act II and III, Sally mentions his name is Robert Catesby, and the people that owe him things call him Bobby Catesby.
- Bobby is a nickname referring to Robert, whether he used to be an actual Bobby is yet to be confirmed.
- Robert Catesby was a real English catholic that planned the Gunpowder Treason Plot, a failed attempt to assassinate King James I.
