It's a conversation between Arthur and his brother, Percival Hastings. It takes place some time after 1943 when Great Britain surrenders to Germany.
Transcript[]
Percy: "Are they going to hurt us?"
Arthur: "No one's going to hurt you, Percy. I promise."
Percy: "But... But they hurt the city."
Arthur: "I don't think they'll blow anything else up."
Percy: "Why?"
Arthur: "Because we surrendered. I hope."
Percy: "What are we going to do, Arthur?"
Arthur: "We're brothers. I'll look out for... We'll look out for each other."
