DETAIL OF INCIDENT: Passerby reported sighting male lying in the arms of Nick Lightbearer statue, apparently in a drunken stupor.
Upon investigation, said male was determined to be slightly deceased and partially dismembered. Fits "Foggy Jack" pattern.
PROPOSED COURSE OF ACTION: Advise caution to avoid alarming populace.
