Pituitary Fluids are crafting components in We Happy Few that the player can extract from NPCs.

It can only be extracted by using the Pituitary Extractor.

Buff TechFriendly Overview[]

Act I[]

Arthur is tasked by Stewart Adams to extract three fluids during the side quest, Beginning Of The Endocrine. Each of the fluids have to be extracted from a Constable, a Crier, and a Joy Doctor.

All of the fluids he gets are Quest Items, and cannot be used for crafting purposes.

Act II[]

Sally, after returning from Ratholm, visits Stewart Adams to retrieve her Pituitary Extractor.

Even though it's meant to collect the Special Pituitary Extract from Col. Lawrence, she can also use it to extract pituitary fluids from other NPCs on the streets, with the exception of Plague Wastrels.

She'll get Common Pituitary Fluid from Wastrels, Wellies and Criers, Beefy Pituitary Fluid from Bobbies, and Brilliant Pituitary Fluid from Joy Doctors.

Buff EasilyForgotten Appearance[]

All of the fluids are contained within small cylindrical cells, and the fluid itself appears to be yellow.

Buff BuiltToLast Crafting[]

Buff TechFriendly Overview[]

Barely anything is known about either Pituitary Fluid.

It's possible that the Parent Pituitary Fluid was meant to be the empty container for Common, Beefy, and Brilliant fluids. It would've been used in Act II, considering how it isn't a Quest Item like the ones Arthur gets.

It's likely that the Plague Pituitary Fluid was the original fluid that the player was meant to collect, but was replaced by Aged Pituitary Fluid later on. Both items use the same icon, and it's not a crafting component like the ones Sally gets.
