Methyoxyflourane is a quest item that is only used by Sally in We Happy Few. It is required in order to complete the quest, Unsafe House.

The player needs Methyoxyflourane to craft the chemical Morphalene.
Methyoxyflourane is found to the far left of Byng's laboratory, placed on the cupboards.
Trivia[]
- The fluid in the tube is similar to the fluid found inside of Hallucinogen, except it's light blue with dark blue dots floating upwards.
- The name of the chemical is close to Methoxyflurane, commonly marketed as Penthrox, it's an inhaled medication used to reduce pain after following trauma.
