The Marble Cat Statues are items the player finds in the Thomasina House, they are all related to the Thomasina House quest.
The real Marble Mini Mrs. Chippy statue is a quest item while the replicas are crafting items, though they cannot be crafted into anything and are simply selling items.
The Onyx Cat statues can only be found in Act III, they are found in the ritualistic room on the third floor of the house and are placed inside of the circle.
