Overview[]
A Letter of Transit is required for travel into the Parade District, but the fact that they can only be issued by people in positions of authority make them a rarity outside of the Parade. While the note, as it appears in the player's journal, is quite uninformative, the full model of Ollie's letter shows the level of information required. Anyone wishing to travel must give a full profile of their name, birthday, address, weight, height, and eye colour; they must also travel within the time frame set on the letter, and an appropriate reason for travelling must be given.
