Harry Plantagenet a prisoner of Dr Verloc and unwilling test subject in his experiments. He is kept locked up in Haworth Labs with Harry Haworth and Gemma Olsen. Harry has gone insane, believing himself to be the rightful King of England. Arthur overhears him yelling "The King Awakes! The King Awakes! The King Awakes!" trying his best not to laugh.
- His name references the House of Plantagenet, a royal house originated from 12th Century England. The family held the English throne from the year 1154 with Henry II and ended with Richard III in 1485. The Plantagenets were defeated in the Hundred Year's War in the 15th Century, opening up to the Tudor Era.
- Inside his cell is a diagram explaining why he's the king and why other kings were weaker. Writing on the wall reading "Henry VI Tudor Usurper", "Fat Divorcer", "Girls Crossed Out", "Stewards Off With His Head!'', "Filthy Commoners", "Restoration Wankers", "Weak Willed Dandy Pri-" and "German Fakes".
- These are all references towards King Henry VIII who ruled England from 1509 until his death in 1547.
