Gardner House is a large isolated Victorian mansion located in Lud's Holm. The building is three stories high, over a dozen rooms including basement and is surrounded by a stone wall and iron gate. Not much is known about the history of the building. But was supposedly abandoned sometime after the Very Bad Thing. It's currently being occupied by the Space God People.
Act One: Edit
Arthur Hastings takes Histoplasma Mushrooms at night to open the gates. Inside he must knockout the Space God People patrolling and the priest without being seen. After taking out the priest Arthur is able to move about without being sent back to the beginning. Arthur can also find 10 pieces of Ephemeral Linen to craft a suit of blending for Johnny Bolton.
Act Two: Edit
Sally Boyle sneaks into Gardner House, to stop the suicide ritual from taking place. The house is booby trapped with dart wires and an electric water spill.
Act Three: Edit
Ollie Starkey investigates the house. In the basement he finds a picture of Margaret Worthing and a suitcase with notes reading "I'm afraid we've come to the end of our time."
- The house features a child's bedroom for a little girl on the second floor. The room includes a record player, a rocking horse, a miniature dollhouse version of Gardner House and other toys.
- Under the staircase is a small bedroom space with a broomstick mounted on the wall. This is a reference to J.K Rowling's Harry Potter, where the titular character previously lived under the staircase with his abusive adoptive family the Dursleys.
- Sally and Ollie are able to enter through the gates without taking mushrooms.
- Foggy Jack may have been hiding there at some point.
