The First Aid Kit has been available since in the Pre-Alpha builds of We Happy Few.

Overview

The First Aid Kit was a medicinal item that the player could use to heal themselves back to full health.

It took up 2 slots in the player's inventory, and could only be placed upwards. Alternatively, it could be placed in the player's quickslot.
This would later be changed in the 27755 Early Access build, in which it could only be placed on the side.
