Pancake Hill is a special location in We Happy Few, it's possible for the player to find the hill either in Act I or during Survival Mode.
Events of We Happy Few[]
Act I[]
The related quest is called Constant Gardeners.
Arthur stumbled across a couple and their friend attempting to set up a garden, however, the husband (Bob Flowerdew) had gotten food poisoning from one of their crops. The wife, Margery Flowerdew, asks Arthur if he can get them a neximide.
After Arthur gets the neximide and cures Bob, Arthur then helps Margery get her lost diary back from a Headboy. Lastly, Arthur retrieves a very important note for Humphry Repton that he accidentally lost in the mines, too afraid to get it himself.
Arthur is awarded three loafs of bread as thanks for his generous deeds.
Survival Mode[]
In Survival, it's possible for Pancake Hill to generate on one of the Garden District islands, in which the player has to venture inside of the mine to retrieve a Bridge Key Card.
The insides of the mines contain piles of bricks, large motilene crystals, three chests, and giant clusters of histoplasma mushrooms.
There's also four plague wastrels inhabiting the caves, three of which attacking one of them. The player must come in prepared with a good weapon in order to defeat them.

- A man harasses somebody (possibly the player) in a cheerful tone. ('Don't touch me! Try that again and I'll break your fingers!')
