Constable Rowlandson is the Red Bobby who guards the gate into the Reform Club.

Rowlandson acts as the security for the Reform Club, if there is trouble happening, he will run and take care of the problem. He also guards the gate to the rumpus rooms, he will not aggro on the player if they get inside of the club in any way.
He will always turn and face where the player walks, making him difficult to choke out.
