Clayton Center of Art & Design is a model agency center in We Happy Few that is located in the Parade District, it's owned and run by famous clothes designer Davy Hackney.

The last hatch that the player unlocks during Act I is located in the basement.

Buff TechFriendly Layout[]

The main entrance of Clayton Center of Art & Design showcases various clothes that Hackney has made, all displayed on mannequins by the windows. The walkway leads to a small hallway where the makeup station and door to the Photo Room is.

The Photo Studio has a catwalk where the models may practice, with mannequins station in the back, a V.I.P Lounge with a minibar, and the Wigs and Make-Up room which seems to be used as a storage room due to how cluttered it is.

Inside of the Wigs and Make-Up room is a small corridor which leads to the fast travel hatch and pneumatic stash.

Act l[]

The Design Center is perhaps one of the first things the player sees when they enter the Parade District for the first time.

Arthur finds Davy talking to Priss about his client canceling on him last minute before their show is about to begin, overhearing Davy denying her suggestion of being the models replacement. Davy then notices Arthur by the doorway, stating that he has the right height, build and a quentin scent, though a bit tan, before ordering Arthur to go downstairs and get ready for the show nonetheless.

At the Photo Room, Arthur has to help three of the models out with their problems and get advice from them on what to do during the walk so that he doesn't make a fool of himself out there. Cilla wants Scotch, Ugo wants a Phlash, and Robin needs a Sewing Kit.

Once Arthur knows what to do, he goes upstairs and does the walk. Whether the performance was successful or not doesn't matter, as he'll get access to the storage room with the last hatch either way.

Act lll[]

Ollie ends up at the Design Center after venturing all the way from The Jacobean Society Club, where he finds the whole place trashed due to the Plague Wastrel outbreak which Arthur caused after opening the quarantine gates during Act I.
