The Church of St. Genesius is the one of the few churches in Wellington Wells located in Maidenholm. Because of the lack of visitors for the church and the worry of closure, the church has allowed it to be used for Simon Says Competitions.
Events of We Happy Few[]
Act I[]
Arthur, seeing that the winner of the competition wins a medal, figures he'd be getting less suspicious looks if he had that medal. However, the church was full.
Instead, he goes to get the celebrity caller, Nick Lightbearer, to the church.
During their meeting, Nick Lightbearer drops a power cell into the bathtub, killing himself accidentally. Arthur decides to take his things and disguise himself as Nick in order to get into the church, succeeding in the process.
After an accident with the Simon Says machine, it electrocutes everybody in the cathedral. Arthur rushes to the power generator on the top floor turned it off before stealing the medal for himself.
Trivia[]
- Genesius of Rome is a legendary Christian saint, once a comedian and actor who had performed in plays that mocked Christianity. According to legend, while performing in a play that made fun of baptism, he had an experience on stage that converted him.
