The Boat Key is a quest item in We Happy Few, only obtainable during Act II.
Overview[]
The player needs the Boat Key to start General Byng's motor boat. The key cannot be found in Robert's desk, as he has it on his person.
Sally takes the key from Robert in a cutscene.
