Abbott Estate is an abandoned safe house found in Eel Pie Holm in the Garden District.
Layout[]
The house is surrounded by an iron fence and gate, with a shallow pond near the entrance where there's a crashed German V1 Rocket half sunken into.
The inside of the house is fairly small, with a main corridor leading past a lavatory and into a dining room of sorts, with a bookcase blocking off access to the secret hatch. To slide the bookcase away, the player must solve the estate's puzzle.
The puzzle is a simple game of Mastermind, in which the player has to select a set of coloured buttons into a pattern, scanning to see if they were correct, and keep switching the pattern until they've solved it. The player has three attempts, and the pattern resets if they fail.
In Survival Mode, the house is guarded by eight Plague Wastrels, and the room that used to have the Escape Hatch instead has useful loot, protected by two swarms of bees.

Trivia[]
- In Act I, Arthur's memory, Uncle Henry can be found on the V1 Rocket.
- Abbott Estate was first introduced in the Early Access 27755 build, in which it held the final hatch leading out of Wellington Wells.
- The name of the area was initially Apple Holm Garden, as it was found on Apple Holm and not Eel Pie Holm.
- The raft that Arthur used to escape on is still behind the Fast Travel hatch in the final game.
